My goal is to safely guide students through an accessible practice that promotes balance and healing by linking mindful movement to breath.

My classes are grounded in a holistic understanding of yoga as philosophy, asana, and breath.

I teach from a trauma-informed perspective and am passionate about promoting inclusivity in the wellness community and in my classes.

I teach from my lifelong experience of practicing yoga as well as from the guidance of many mentors.
